The Academy of Realist Art was the setting for a new promotional video by Nitram. The 3-minute production depicts students and instructors working with Nitram charcoal and its newest Baton product. Nitram is owned and operated in Ontario by Jerzy Niedojadlo who purchased the company when its previous owner in France retired.
A long-standing fine art aficionado, Jerzy approached us at the Christmas Art Show about filming the video at the studio – and everyone was more than happy to oblige.
Our relationship with Jerzy has continued to grow, thanks to his passion for fine art and our unwavering loyalty to his outstanding line of top quality fine art products. Not only has Jerzy put a spotlight on ARA students in this video, he has taken some of their works to major shows in Germany as part of his marketing efforts.
And that’s not all. He is such a big fan, he has even selected images of ARA students’ works to adorn some of his newest packaging, including a self-portrait our own by Alexandrea Nicholas-Jennings.
Thanks to everyone who participated in the filming. The results are awesome!
So if you haven’t seen the finished product, be sure to check it out. How many people can you recognize?
